The Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Noorpur Thal (Khushab) Started working after the Inauguration by Chief Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on 22 January, 1989. It is Providing Health Care Facilities to Urban & Rural Population of the Noorpur Thal.The Defining step in this direction was to recognize the importance of Health Care at Primary & Secondary Levels. As a first step towards better health care at primary and secondary level, a separate department was created. The basic mandate of Primary & Secondary Health Department is to focus on preventive health care in primary sector along with basic diagnostics and treatment facilities at secondary level. The context is to primarily lessen the load on tertiary care health facilities.
